Morgan is a global Fintech and Mobility operations leader with 9 years of experience. In search for a new challenge, Morgan moved to Colombia 2 years ago to broaden her professional and cultural competencies beyond the United States. Morgan was a part of the Black @Uber LATAM leadership team, trying to discover and affect change for Afro-Latinos. Prior to her role at Uber, Morgan worked as an operations team lead at Braintree (a PayPal company). She created and led Paypal’s Chicago Black ERG – working with Paypal and Braintree leadership to increase inclusion and diversity across the global organization. Morgan is very philanthropic. She has a history of volunteering with Black Chicago youth as well as donating to domestic and international organizations. Morgan has recently left Uber and is looking for her next adventure.
